Moray Reach Out Yarns & Crafts
Buckie Yarns is a fantastic wool and haberdashery shop in West Church Street, Buckie. We stock a wide range of quality wool, excellent range of buttons, ribbon and basic items for quilters and patchwork plus many other haberdashery items.
Our trainees have an opportunity to work and learn in the shop within a safe and supportive environment. They are able to learn skills associated with retail, from a training programme aimed at their individual needs, and some specific skills such as health and safety, money skills and window dressing.
We are also very lucky to have very supportive volunteers and relief staff who are keen to help others and who are happy to share their knowledge to help our trainees and customers.

"I like coming to Buckie Yarns. I helped in the shop with the customers and my knitting and stocking up shelves. I like getting messages helping other people. I like putting the wool out. I am making a pin cushion. I need a bit of help to the way to do different cross stitch. I like coming here tidying up before I go home. I like my jobs. I get 35B bus Elgin to Buckie and get the 35A bus on the way home."
