MRO Journey – Join the Circle of Giving
In 2026, Moray Reach Out (MRO) is proud to celebrate 25 years as a Scottish charity, supporting adults with disabilities to gain a real sense of purpose, pride, and belonging within their community.
To mark this milestone, we have launched our year-long campaign, The MRO Journey: Join the Circle of Giving, with a goal of raising £25,000 to help secure and grow our services for the future.
Alongside this, we have developed an exciting programme of events and activities, offering opportunities for individuals, communities, and businesses to get involved.

At Moray Reach Out, every product we create is made with care, passion, and a true sense of purpose. From the initial idea to the final touches, our dedicated trainees, staff, and volunteers are at the heart of everything we do.
Our talented woodwork team give new life to reclaimed materials; we not only create beautiful handcrafted items but also promote sustainability.
We are also proud of our Art Yarn, crafted from start to finish using traditional techniques. From shearing the wool to teasing and spinning, every step is carried out with skill and dedication. Using fleece from local farmers, we create high-quality yarn that is truly special.

Police Scotland Visits Moray Reach Out! 🚔
We were delighted to welcome officers from the Police Scotland North East Preventions Team to both of our locations for a fun, relaxed and educational ‘Meet the Team’ experience! 😊
Our trainees learned more about the role of the police, refreshed their knowledge on when to call 999 or 101, tried on police equipment, explored a police vehicle and even got to hear the sirens! 🚓
A huge thank you to Richard, Rachel and Rory for taking time out of their busy schedules to visit us! 🥰
We’re excited to continue building this partnership and are exploring future workshops around online safety, scams and staying safe. These will include accessible sessions for adults with disabilities and separate sessions for parents, carers, and support workers.

On behalf of everyone at Moray Reach Out, thank you so much for your generosity and support. This donation is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping us continue to support adults with disabilities across Moray to build confidence, develop skills and access meaningful opportunities.
